Exchange or credit note available for purchases within 30 days of invoice date.

Eligibility
When We Issue Credit Notes
Faulty or damaged goods: If items arrive damaged or are found to be faulty, we will issue a credit note or replacement.
Incorrect items delivered: If we send the wrong item, we will resolve this with a credit note or exchange at no cost to you.
Incorrectly ordered items: We cannot issue a credit note if goods were ordered in error, however we will offer a refund on all returned items that are in original, resaleable condition.
Unwanted items: We do not accept back "unwanted" items. Please ensure you order what you need - our team is happy to advise before you place your order.
How To Return
The Returns Process

Contact us first:
Before sending anything back, you must obtain prior authorisation from our team. Call us on 0208 574 7355 or email info@worldcandies.co.uk.

Organise return shipping:
You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment of faulty items. Goods must be returned at your expense and risk.

Inspection:
Returned goods are checked by our returns department. If goods are found not to be faulty, we are unable to accept them and they will be returned to you (delivery cost charged to your account).

Credit issued:
Once approved, a credit note will be emailed to you showing the credit amount, along with an updated account statement.

Unauthorised returns:
Goods sent back without prior authorisation will be refused and returned to you. The cost of delivery will be charged to your account.

All orders must have a minimum value of GBP 100 + VAT. Orders below this threshold cannot be processed through our wholesale system. Contact us if you have any questions about meeting the minimum.

14-day cooling off (consumers only): If you are an individual consumer buying for personal use, you have 14 days to change your mind after receiving goods. This right does not apply to unsealed food/hygiene products.
