Place Order

Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are processed the same day. After 2pm, processing moves to the next working day.

Picked and Packed

Our picking team gets to work. If any items are out of stock, our sales team will contact you with alternatives or options.

Dispatched

We dispatch via trusted couriers (DPD, FedEx, Parcelforce, DHL, UPS) and you'll receive tracking information by email.

Delivered

Delivery is typically within 2-3 working days of dispatch. All deliveries are fully insured for the value of your order.

Order Cutoff Times
Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays: processed same day.
Orders placed after 2pm: processed next working day.
Orders placed Friday 2pm onwards or over the weekend: processed Monday.
Payment and Dispatch
Orders are dispatched once payment is received. We accept Bank Transfer and Credit/Debit Card. Please note a surcharge of 2.5% is added to orders paid by credit card.
Out-of-Stock Items
As a wholesale company with a huge range of products, occasional stock-outs can occur. If any item in your order is unavailable, a member of our sales team will contact you to offer alternatives or cancel those lines.
