Please allow up to two working days for us to process your order.
If your order has been received after 2 pm on any weekdays, it may be processed on the next working day. Any order placed on Friday from 2 pm onwards and over the weekend will only be processed on Monday.
Our Picking Team will pick your products as quickly as possible. If any items are out of stock from your order, a member of our Sales Team will let you know either via phone or email. We can offer you alternative items to replace the missing items, or cancel and send the remaining order. As a wholesale company, we work hard to ensure products are in stock, however, this is not always possible due to the volume of orders and the huge range of products we stock.
Once your order has been processed we then will ship your parcel. The delivery is usually within 2-3 working days from the time of dispatch, however, this is not guaranteed due to factors outside our control.

FREE UK MAINLAND STANDARD DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £300*
The pallet delivery charge is £70, If your order value is £2000 or over, free pallet delivery.
*Excludes certain products that can only be sent via pallet delivery

Here at The World Candies, we strive for excellence. Our staff is working from 9 am to 5 pm, packaging and dispatching your orders. We dispatch our orders whether big or small by trusted couriers such as DPD, FEDEX, PARCELFORCE, etc
Delivery Charges:
- For every item except drinks,
If the order amount is between £0-£300 shipping cost will be £5.83 ex VAT If the order amount is above £300 it will be free delivery
- For every item in the drinks category
If the order amount is between £0-£2000 the shipping cost will be £59 ex vat For orders valued at £2000(ex vat) or above we offer free delivery to the UK mainland
