Orders and Shipping
How do I create an account?
You can register for a wholesale account here. Once approved, you will gain full access to our trade prices and ordering system. Registration is open to all business customers - simply fill out the form and our team will review your application.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Please see our full Refund Policy page for complete details, or contact us directly on 0208 574 7355 (Mon-Fri, 9:00am - 6:00pm). In general, we accept returns on faulty or damaged items within 30 days of invoice.
How do I change my shipping address?
You can update your shipping and billing address directly in your account. Once logged in, navigate to "Modify your address book entries" to add or change your delivery address. If you need to update an address on an already-placed order, please call us as soon as possible.
How do I track the status of my order?
You will automatically receive order status emails whenever there is an update to your order. If you have any questions in the meantime, please call us on 0208 574 7355 (Mon-Fri, 9:00am - 6:00pm) and our team will be happy to check the status for you.
How do I receive customer support?
Our friendly customer support team is available by phone on 0208 574 7355, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. You can also email us at info@worldcandies.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible during working hours.
What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
Please call us immediately on 0208 574 7355 (Mon-Fri, 9:00am - 6:00pm) so we can update your address before dispatch. You should also update your address in your account under "Modify your address book entries" to prevent it happening again.

Account and Pricing
Is World Candies a trade-only (B2B) website?
Yes - World Candies is a strictly B2B (business-to-business) wholesale website. You must register for a trade account to view prices and place orders. Our prices are wholesale prices and are intended for businesses reselling our products.
What is the minimum order value?
Our minimum order value is GBP 100 + VAT. This applies to all orders placed through the website. For large pallet orders or bespoke quotes, please contact our sales team directly.
Are prices shown inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
You can toggle between Inc. VAT and Exc. VAT pricing on the website. Our VAT number is GB782869664. If you are VAT registered, please ensure your account is set up correctly to see ex-VAT prices.
Can I visit your warehouse to collect my order?
Yes! You are welcome to visit and collect your order from our warehouse. Collection hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00am - 7:30pm. We are located at Unit 2c Beavers Industrial Park, Brent Road, Southall, UB2 5FB. Please call ahead to ensure your order is ready.

Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Please allow up to two working days for us to process your order. Once dispatched, delivery is usually within 2-3 working days. Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the next working day. Weekend orders are processed on Monday.
How much does delivery cost?
For non-drinks orders: GBP 5.83 ex VAT for orders under GBP 300 - FREE for orders GBP 300+.

For drinks orders: GBP 59 ex VAT for orders under GBP 2,000 - FREE for orders GBP 2,000+.

Pallet delivery is GBP 70, with free pallet delivery on orders over GBP 2,000.
Which couriers do you use?
We use a range of trusted couriers including DPD, FedEx, Parcelforce, DHL, and UPS, depending on the size and type of your order. All deliveries are fully insured for the value of your order.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes - we can deliver internationally, however shipping costs vary. Please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote for your country and order size. For UK offshore addresses (Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, etc.), our team will be in touch with delivery charges before processing.
